Morgana vs Evil Manta: Underwater Evils!

DEEP IN THE ENGLISH CHANEL

Below, in the seas between England and France, a villain made his way to Ursula's last known location before her death. He had been searching for days, but he need to keep searching for one thing: the Trident.
However, for the first time, he wasn't searching to use its power for himself. He was actually going to bring it to Frollo.
For Evil Manta owed him.
It's a quick story. Evil Manta was plotting to take over Atlantis when a creature called Venom entered his lair via a portal. He chased Manta all over the seas, and Manta somehow made it to the beaches of Normandy. Venom had taken him from the water and beached the villain.
But then the ringing of many bells surrounded Venom and Manta, and Venom seemed to be in pain. He left through another portal with some red and black person yelling at Venom for leaving their dimension using his teleporter. And soon, it was just Manta and those humans on the beach.
The head of Manta's saviors was Frollo. Manta had asked how he knew that would happen, and Frollo just told him that some other battle he could 'remember' involved a battle with Venom and that's how he defeated him. And then Frollo asked for something in return for saving Manta: Allegiance.
Surprisingly, Evil Manta accepted. And even to this day, Manta wasn't so sure of why he did that. Maybe it was because he would need an ally above just in case Venom returned, or someone else could enter their world and Frollo could know how to defeat them.
All that he knew now was that Frollo had asked for the Trident when Ratcliffe destroyed Ursula. And he was going to get it.
Suddenly, to his right, a huge bolt of energy appeared. Intrigued, Manta swam in its direction. He reached the spot and hid behind a small mound of coral and looked over it.
He saw a strange, skinny sea witch holding the trident!
How can that be? Manta wondered. Ursula's dead. How could she be here…unless that's not her.
Evil Manta then swam around the spot as the deranged sea witch laughed at her 'triumph.'
He suddenly had a plan.

"Oh, poor sister," Morgana said looking at the trident. "You have been wronged by humanity. Now I must avenge you!"
"Is someone there?"
Morgana turned to find the owner of that high, squeaking voice, however she couldn't find it. "Who's there?" she asked. "And where are you?"
"I'm down here…"
Morgana looked down and saw a pair of glowing eyes in some sort of hole beneath her. "Why should I help you?"
"You're Ursula's sister, right?" the eyes asked.
"Yes…"
"Then I want to help you," the eyes said. "I didn't mind Ursula's rule, but I bet that you are a better one."
"Stop it," Morgana smirked. "Yet, you flatter me. So I guess I'll help you. What do you need?"
"I only need to get out of this hole," the eyes said. "It's the only hole left since the cave opening collapsed."
"Is that it?" Morgana asked.
"Yes."
"Ok then," Morgana said, pointing the trident at the hole. "Swim back!"
The eyes turned and swam a small distance out of the way. Morgana used the trident and blasted a bigger hole into the ground. Smoke rose from the hole she made.
"Is that good enough?" Morgana asked.
And then a much lower voice answered, "No."
Suddenly, Evil Manta appeared from the smoke and knocked Morgana backwards. Morgana quickly regained herself, still holding on to the trident.
"Wholy Mackerel!" Morgana shouted. "And after I freed you?"
"You never freed me," Manta said. "Now hand over the trident!"
Morgana suddenly laughed. "Yeah right!"
She then fired her trident. Manta dodged the blows.
"There is only one being that can control the trident now," she shouted at him, "and that's me!"
Morgana shot another magical bolt out of the trident straight at Manta. Manta was able to dodge, however he also realized something he would have never done before:
He had to retreat.
He swam as fast as he could. Morgana laughed at the sight and shouted to him, "Have fun losing this war!"
Manta continued to swim, promising that he would win at least one fight…

*Sung Jingle* DOOFENSHMIRTZ'S EVIL INCORPORATED

In that tower, Dr. Doofenshmirtz was having a conversation about Shego with Mad Doctor as they both had test Almond Brittle.
"She ditched us?" he asked Mad Doctor. "We gave her a chance to kill Drakken!"
"But apparently she's making contact with some outer space villain," Mad Doctor said taking a bite of the brittle. "And I've got a feeling that it won't be good for us."
"You've told the man upstairs about this?" Doof asked.
"Yes. And we'll need all of the help we can get," Mad Doctor told him. "You willing to help us?"
"I'll do what I can," Doof said. "You know, I'm working on something that might help. It's an Alternate-Dimension-Inator."
Mad Doctor suddenly became interested. "Really?"
"Oh, yes," Doof said. "And I just need a few more things for it to work."
"Well," Mad Doctor said as he got up, "when you're done, Xanatos will definitely want to see it. In the meantime, I must be going."
"Ok," Doof said. "Why must you leave?"
"My good friend Dr. Frankenollie has asked to use the remaining Drakken parts for his project," Mad Doctor said. "He should be at my castle at some point today."
"Well, have fun," Doof said. "See you later."
The Mad Doctor nodded as he left the tower.
